• How to get here

  It is very easy to get to Malmö Arena by public transportation. Hyllie Station and the bus stops are only about 2 minutes away from our main entrances. For more information about how to find your way here, click here

• Security

  Arrive in good time to minimize queues and help us make entry as smooth as possible. You are not allowed to bring any professional audio or video equipment into the arena. You are also not allowed to bring food or drink. It is not permitted to bring in scooters or bikes or the electrical batteries therefor. Smoking is only allowed outdoors. A stamp must be obtained at one of the entrances before you leave the arena if you wish to enter again.

• Bags are not allowed

  Malmö Arena adheres to the authority decision regarding a total ban of bags at major public events. This applies to all types of bags regardless of size. This also includes plastic bags, clear and covered. Exceptions may be made for people who for medical reasons need to bring a smaller bag or need a changing bag for their baby. These bags will be checked by authorized staff before entering the arena. Wallets and small toiletry bags are not included in the ban.

• Wardrobe

  Staffed cloak room service is available at the cost of SEK 40 per garment. We only accept card payments.

• Tickets

  Everyone attending the event must present a valid ticket. ATTENTION! Always buy your tickets from authorized ticket resellers. Second-hand sites usually sell tickets at higher prices and without guarantee that they are genuine. We do not exchange or replace tickets that have been purchased secondhand. Any comments on your places/sight must always be made directly on site, after the event is completed, the places are considered approved by you as a visitor.

• Once you are here

  We are happy to help you with questions and solve any problems directly on the spot. Look for our ushers inside the arena.

• Cashless arena

  Malmö Arena is a cashless arena and only accepts card payments.
